Application Cases:

Fixation treatment: Using impact force to immobilize various functional particles such as pigments, flow modifiers, heat retardants, magnetic powders, etc. onto the surface of the masterbatch. This device can not only be surface modified, but also create composite materials.

Film forming treatment: Various resins and waxes are used as sub particles, and impact force is applied to soften and melt them, surrounding the mother particles into a film shape, which is a dry microencapsulation treatment.
