Products Description
- The whole system consists of silo, conveying system,HA-160 mainframe,cyclone dust collector, polymer cartridge dust collector, high pressure fan, receiving tank.
- The raw material is slowlyand continuously added into HA-160 mill bythe conveyor,and then discharged by the pneumatic discharge system at the bottomside after grinding by the grinding medium,The raw material is sucked into the cyclone separator by negative pressure through the pipe, and the coarse and fine particles are separated in the separator.Coarse particles from the lower outlet of the separator back into the mill to continue grinding, fine particles from the negative pressure sucked into the polymer cartridge dust collector for collection. The outlet of the dust collector is connected to a high pressure fan to provide the negative pressure pumping force required by the system.
- The whole system operates in a closed environment untilthe particle size requirement is reached.
