Products Description
The High-Temperature Coating Machine VCJ contains a concial mixing barrel body, equipping with a central rotating shaft. Its rotating shaft is installed with mixing impeller in order to fully mix and cover the material at a high temperature. In addition, the top cover and barrel body can be lifted and splitted convenietly for cleaning and maintanence.
Powder is mixed in the heating conical barrel in dynamic tumbling and stirring by force from layers of blades. Temperature of chamber and material is monitored in real time, max 700. Water cooling, wind cooling and grease cooling is used to protect motor and reducer.
