PRINCIPLE

• Easy operation, quick grinding bead mil!/ball mill. Powder is grinding by medium in the static barrel with cooling or heating jacket. Medium can besteel, stainless steel, hard alloy, chromium steel, ceramic, ZrO beads. Agitator rotates in high speed and drive beads to create shear and impact force, so to grind material to smaller size and disperse it.
• Main material can be directly added without pre-mixing with beads. Other material can be put later into the barrel. Double-speed motor is used to provide low speed for feeding and discharging, high speed for grinding. Wind-cooling motor and explosive motor optioanl.
• Circulation pump system is used to improve efficiency and uniformity. Pump can be also used for discharging. Jacket can be used to cool or heat.

CONFIGURATION

• Inner surface:Ceramics(aluminium oxide),food-level rubber, polyurethane, nylon, etc.
• Agitator rod sleeve:Plastic,WuC,ZrO,polyurethane,wear-resistant steel, etc.
• Lid: Floating spindle seal or main spindle seal are optional Exhaust ports and feeding port can be added on the lid for grinding in protective air.
